What customisable messages can you engrave on the product?

Some of the most popular ideas include, for example, an important date, your anniversary or your birthday. You can engrave their name, your names together or the names of the people who are giving it as a gift. A message of friendship or love can make a beautiful keepsake. Or, for example, your initials, the other person's initials, even both initials together.
To guarantee best results, we currently have a maximum space of 20 characters. We are currently unable to include emojis or symbols, but we can include special characters in your personalised message, such as the letters "Ñ, Ç Ã, and Õ".
Returns policy
Since the product is personally handled and engraved with the characters the customer chooses, the return policy varies and returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or is broken.
Nor will we be able to accept changes to the message after payment and order confirmation.
